Uses

A running list of the hardware, software, and services I rely on to build, write, and stay organized.

Hardware

Daily drivers and peripherals.

MacBook Pro 14-inch (M4 Pro) Primary dev machine for everything that I do.

iPhone 17 Pro Max Daily driver and more than enough for a quick capture.

Keychron K8 Pro Mechanical keyboard for long sessions. Blue Switches. Click-clacky af.

Logitech G402 Got this as a gift back when I used to grind CSGO. Still going strong.

Apple Trackpad For all the stuff that the mouse cannot do.

Apple Earpods Yes, you read that right. I use Apple Earpods. They are the best in the market. Period.

Dell S2725QC 4K monitor. USB-C PD Charging. 120Hz. More than enough for my needs.

Satechi Thunderbolt 4 Dock This enables a one-cable switchout between my work and home setup, and keeps my desk clean.

AKG Lyra Good mic for any calls, recordings or podcasts that I do.

Lumina 4K Webcam Great webcam for WFH calls. I funded the project on Kickstarter.

Desk and office

Comfort and focus upgrades.

Ikea Trotten desk Great, spacious and a subtle desk to suit my needs.

Herman Miller Mirra After using a gaming chair for years, I switched to this and it has been good for my aging back.

Ikea Elloven Desk Shelf Despite my monitor having height adjustment, I use this to keep my desk clean from small stuff.

Terminal and dev tools

The core stack I touch every day.

Xcode Primary IDE for iOS development. I use this almost every minute of my working hours.

Cursor Primary editor for all my AI Experiments.

Warp & Ghostty I use these two alternatively while I finally transition to using Ghostty as my primary terminal.

zsh + starship My preferred shell and prompt.

Apps I keep open

Focus, planning, and creative work.

Figma Anything design related.

Obsidian Trying to use this more and more to take notes and manage my life.
